Harry Potter Kinect Is Here To Ruin Your Beloved Childhood Memories

The Harry Potter money farm may have stopped bearing fruit as far as the books and films are concerned, but the cow is still being milked thanks to Warner Bros. Interactive and the Kinect. The publisher recently announced Harry Potter Kinect exclusively for the Xbox 360, and the below trailer was soon to follow.
The last time Harry Potter apparated to the Kinect, the results were less than magical. Will this Kinect-enabled minigame collection redeem the franchise on the motion-controlled peripheral? In case the title of this article wasn't indication enough, the answer is probably not. Kinect minigame collections don't exactly have a history of being solid investments, and the ability to capture your facial features and impose them upon in-game characters, as shown off in the trailer, frankly looks disturbing.
