The Monsters of the Wailing Prison

The Wailing Prison is the first area you encounter in The Elder Scrolls Online. Here are the mobs and bosses you will see there.
Skeletal Warrior
Level 1
This is the first monster you encounter. Should be very easy to beat.
Location: Forge
Race: Undead
Weapon: Sword
Attack Types: Melee
Special Abilities: None
Skeletal Archer
Level 1
This is the second enemy you run into.
Location: Forge
Race: Undead
Weapon: Sword
Attack Types: Ranged
Special Abilities: None
Strategy: Charge in with your sword and enter melee range as soon as possible so that you don't get hit with many arrows.
Flame Atronach
Level 1
Location: The Towers of Eyes
Race: Atronachs
Weapon: None
Attack Types: Melee, Ranged, AoE
Special Abilities: Flameburst (AoE)
Weakeness: Frost
Strategy: When the Atronach dies, it will burst into flames damaging all around it. So kill it from range if possible, or as soon as you kill it, step away!
Feral Shriven
Level 1
This is a Soul Shriven that has turned Feral and is now hostile towards your character.
Location: The Towers of Eyes
Race: Soul Shriven
Weapon: Fist
Attack Types: Melee
Special Abilities: None
Skeletal Pyromancer
Level 2
This skeleton is one of the Anchor Guardians
Location: The Anchor Base
Race: Undead
Weapon: Staff
Attack Types: Melee, Ranged
Weaknesses: Frost
Special Abilities: Heat Wave
Strategy: Watch out for the animation the skeleton does prior to using its heatwave ability, and attempt to interrupt it
Skeletal Cryomancer
Level 2
This skeleton is one of the Anchor Guardians
Location: The Anchor Base
Race: Undead
Weapon: Staff
Attack Types: Melee, Ranged
Weaknesses: Fire
Special Abilities: Ice Barrier - forms a defensive ice wall around it that blocks attacks and damages whoever touches it
Child of Bones (Boss)
Level 2
This boss is the final enemy you encounter
Location: The Anchor Base
Race: Undead
Weapon: Bone Saw
Attack Types: Melee
Special Abilities: Bone Saw - a devastating melee AoE attack
Strategy: This is a boss, so it has more health and will take a while to bring down. The Prophet will be healing you throughout the fight.
