Darksiders II has seen some trouble lately. Its publisher, THQ, has been slowly trying to recover from the weight of its disastrous U-Draw tablet, which nearly sent the company spiraling under last fall when it failed to come anywhere near the games giant's sales projections. Because of this, the fate of the fan-favorite Darksiders franchise has been called into question multiple times by fans on the internet. The game was delayed from July to August earlier this year, but other than that, it looks like things are still going strong for Death.

To reinforce this fact, THQ and developer Vigil released this hybrid trailer/developer diary to detail a few of Death's exploits over the course of the game. As should be expected from a game with Darksiders in the title, it looks like the Horseman will be tackling giant beasts and armies of foes, all with his signature scythe and whatever other weapons players can pick up along the way.
