Just experiment with the courses. You may find out that a subway train passes through and BAM, your foe is dead. Or you may get him to fall into a pit of lava. My tip is to look for anything that looks deadly, dangerous, or out of the ordinary.

You need to try different methods but usually the fatalities are damn obvious.....
