If this is for the daily quest, you will be better dropping it and getting a new one.

The area changes where you can find the redsnow chieftains changes depending on the daily quest for that day.

Just do the new dailies and hold on the old ones for when the zone cycles to the other mobs again.

Pretty cool feature actually, you don't do the same dailies everyday.
