How to bring pokemon I caught to entralink?

wake up your pokemon and everything that you have done with your pokemon in the dreamworld will be carried over to the entralink such as item found and pokemon you decided to bring with you (at the end of each map you have a choice to trade 1 berry for a pokemon you recently befriended after a minigame).

To wake up your pokemon, go to the main globallink site and click on wake up pokemon (something similar) then in-game press wifi and go through game sync. Go to the entralink and the pokemon you decided to bring with you should be in the first map north.
