How do I get the Small Guns Bobblehead in Fallout 3?

You have to get into the National Guard Armory by collecting Keller Family tapes scattered throughout the wasteland.  You can look up where to find them on websites like the fallout wiki.  The only one I can remember off the top of my head is in the Grisly Diner.

this is the trickiest bobblehead to get.

Go to the National Guard depot on the eastern edge of the map. It can be reached from the Wasteland.

Go through the depot, the training wing and then the offices to reach the top floor.

Look left as you enter and locate the electrical switch on the wall, near the large hole.

Activate the switch while aiming toward the door on the first floor visible through the hole in the wall. A light will begin to flash.

Jump down from the top floor and destroy the robot that emerges from the door below the flashing light with three EMP grenades if available.

Enter the door and activate the switch on the far wall to access the vault.

Descend the steps to the vault and enter. Activate the switch on the far wall to gain access to the storage room.

Walk into the storage room and collect the small guns bobblehead from the shelf on the right pillar at the back of the room.
