The weapon buttons at the top of thge screen and the cursor have disappeared, how can i get them back?

this is for terraria gamers... the inventory wont open and the 1~0 button @ the top of the screen are gone.. i dont know how this happened, help?

create another map then it should appear then go back to the other one
