This one is a really cheap shot. The clue "VIctim last seen" will only appear if you ask the commie bastard about his relation with the victim *at the bar". This can be done in two ways, either you go to the liquor store, find the book then go to the bar; or you can go to the bar, ask a couple of questions to the Red, go to the liquor store, get the book, them go back to the bar.

I gotta say I was really pissed off about this one!
