While they're all pretty difficult to get to (or time consuming and dangerous since you can be always charged at any time) one of them is over a tunnel near where the gas stations are. You'll be able to see it for sure once you go near the tunnel, and once there you'll need to take boxes that are around the area (found on the floor in open spaces or in trucks if you walk far enough away) and stack them up in the illuminated silhoutes that the game wants you to put them at and once enough boxes are palced ytou could jump onto them and climb a hanging ladder to the top where you can turn on one of the switches. The other switch is in that area in a garage directly across from the gast station which is also in the open and easy to see, and the last switch is inside a closed garage thats actually attachedto the gas station. WHen the waterdance quest is accepted a door in the back of the ags station will open, and when you go through it you'll see a ladder, climb it and then jump into the open hatch in the roof into the closed grage. Here you'll have to fight some zombies and a Thug but then you can power the last switch and open the garage and then use the car that was in that closed garage to carry the juice (which is also at that same gas station) back to Sinamoi, where you can go on in the story to kill even more zombies! ^^
