how do you get to level -1 in mario?

You have to jump over the flag pole and move on towards. Level -1 is underwater and pretty glitched out though so caution is needed.

Level -1 can be accessed via World 1-2.

Towards the end of the level, immediately before the pipe, destroy the blocks above Mario except for the block on the very right. Carefully perform a crouching jump to glitch your way into the wall, and Mario will start sliding to the right, until he reaches the Warp Zone. However, because you didn't hit the trigger to activate the warp zone, if you enter the pipe on the left, you will enter World -1. This level loops until you shut the game off.

actually the warp zone worked for me even when doing the go through wall glitch, but thats probably because my mario was 'updated'
