The insane computer gets 7 minerals per work trip versus your 5, so they'll be outmacroing you pretty quickly. First you have to survive the rush (which will come faster than normal), and then you have to use units that are more efficient. For example, units with AoE or spellcasters will help whittle down the AI's army, especially siege tanks, collossi, infestors, and high templars.
