its sort of like just dance where you follow the dancers on screen. I work full time so dont have the time to join a class so i bought this. it is absolutely brilliant, i've only been using it for 2 days but i can feel the benefits

It's a work out game for lazy people.

... If we were lazy we wouldnt be working out at all!! Some people have school and jobs to do so they dont have time to go to a gym... thank you very much!! Zumba is a great work out
'game for lazy people' quite hypocritical coming from the user with 'xboxer king' in his name. don't see many xbox games encouraging you to move from the couch never mind going out to do exercise.
Well, with that attitude I'm guessing it would be beneficial for you to use it!!.how does anyone working out, trying to lose weight, make them lazy? You have such great moral support for the people who are trying! Lazy is sitting around and doing absolutely nothing at all....you must have some kind of dance phobia, I mean what's wrong? You can't dance????

You just follow the "trainer" on the screen.  It is just like a workout video, but with the controller, you are following with feedback.  Any exercise can help you lose weight if you do enough of it.
