how do you get into the strip in fallout new vegas?

Either enter Freeside through doing quests or pay 2000 caps.

Or go to the NCR terminal  cAmp and take the monorail in.

You can get into The Strip in Fallout: New Vegas either from paying the robot 2000 caps at the gate in Freeside, hacking into him with a Science skill over 80, or you can ride the NCR Monorail outside of New Vegas if you aren't hostile with them.

you need a passport. they are 500 caps, or you can get a fake from mick and ralphs. if you get a favor from the king you can get one from him if you choose to.
