is this email i got from noreply@blizzard.com real or is this fake? (i've removed the links)

Greetings,

An investigation of your World of Warcraft account has found strong evidence that the account in question is being sold or traded. As you may not be aware of, this conflicts with Blizzard's EULA under section 4 Paragraph B which can be found here: WoW -> Legal -> End User License Agreement and Section 8 of the Terms of Use found here: WoW -> Legal -> Terms of Use The investigation will be continued by: Blizzard administration to determine the action to be taken against your account.

If your account is found violating the EULA and Terms of Use, your account can,and will be suspended/closed/or terminated. In order to keep this from occurring, you should immediately verify that you are the account. To verify your identity please visit the following webpage:

Only Account Administration will be able to assist with account retrieval issues. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter, and your continued interest in World of Warcraft.

If you ignore this mail your account can and will be closed permanently.

Once we verify your account, we will reply to your e-mail informing you that we have dropped the investigation.

You may want to check the email address it was sent from. If it's not an @blizzard.com email address, then it is fake.

Generally speaking, they will almost never ask for your log in and other information through email. If you do need to verify any information, do not click links in the email, as they can be scam links, go through the client's own verification.

Basically, it is likely this is a fake.

This email looks pretty fake to me. Why would they need to verify thawt it is you reading the email if they're claiming that your account is found trading accounts? Blizzard always has acsess to your  personal information so they wouldn't ever need to verify it. Don't reply to them or click any links from this email, at all.

If you use hotmail, the best thing to do is right click the email, click "view message source" and scan through to see if, under "received" the email is genuinely from @blizzard.com. If it doesn't, it's fake.

ALL those emails are fake.

If you have any doubt, just manually go to your battle.net account and check if everything is in order.

NEVER EVER click on a link that shows up on those emails. NEVER.

Just open your browser, type www.battle.net and login as usual.
