what foldier are my portal 2 saved games in?

They are saved in steams steamcloud system you can only have less than 100 mb saves for one game tho or they will be stored on your harddrive

they are saved in the steam cloud which is a storage system linked to your steam account

All saves are stored on steam could, but i they also have to be stored on your pc, so try looking in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata the folder name will probably be the games id in steam store.

Your Portal 2 savegames are saved in Steam Cloud which is a Storage Folder linked to your Steam Account. Means you dont need to play everything over and over again.

Portal 2 saves directly to Steamcloud. This allows you to pick your game up from any PC.
