decrypting game files stuck at 32% portal 2 steam

my steam is decrypting steam files for portal 2 but its stuck at 32 and wont move!! what do i do

Yes it is a Steams problem,For some it took more that 2 hours to decrypt,so wait !

many people has this same problem who preloded the game.
