Basically it means it's rendering the game so it is playable. Don't worry about it, you're good.

It's unlocking it for you.

Remember they had to lock it while it was preloaded so you can't play? Now they have to unlock it. Maybe even a slight patch.

It does that everytime you preload a game. Only happens 1st time you load up the game.

Just wait a few minutes, it's preparing the game files for you to be playable. Once it reaches 100%, you'll be able to start the game.

This is just the preload encryption unlocking. It's in place so that you can preload your game before release date, but not be able to play it until it's actually released.

the pre-laoded files need to be decrypted by steam in order to play the game.

It's basically just unlocking it for you, because the had to have a way to keep you from playing it before it was out (kind of like a lock) and know they're just taking the lock off.

It's decrypting files , from Pre-load. They were crypted to block players who wanted to play it before premiere.
