in rift how do I make my own guild?

There's 2 steps to making a guild.  First, you have to visit a "Guild Charter Magistrate" in any of the capital cities.  You'll have to pay a fee, then you'll be given a charter.  After that, name your guild by right-clicking on the charter.  Then, you'll need 4 other people to sign the guild charter.  Afterwards, your guild will be formed.
