The game that is not installed will be grayed out. Right cilck the name of the game, and click on Install Game on the drop down list.

delete local content of game and download and install it again

if you're having problems with the game, you should verify the local integrity first

Reinstall is not the word to use here. It's redownload. In Steam and many other online distributors like EADM, D2D, GMG, you can download as many times as you want.

Welcome to the digital age.

Caveat: There are some screwed up companies like ubersoft which love to restrict how many times can reinstall a game though.

Right-click the game in your Steam library and choose "Delete Local Content". Then redownload the game by right-clicking it and choosing the "Install Game" option.

First you select the Delete Local Content by right clicking the game you want to reinstall and then you select install after you have deleted the local content.

You right click on the game you want to delete. You then press Delete Local Content. Wait, and then double click on it again.
