Out run him, out smart him, get him to do the dirty work The basic techniques you need to remember is to let him chase you, then find some place to jump out of his way, and then run the other way.

Just dodge his attacks and shoot it.When it comes at you jump over it and repeat.Very basic mini boss.

That thing si tough...my advice is to time your jumps and try to jump over him when he turns into that little dumster wheel version of himself.
