Where can you catch Pokemon from different regions in Pokemon White?

Pokemon from different regions can be obtained after beating the game. There are a few place that they can be found such as shaking grass and White Forest. They can also be obtained from 'swarms' that appear after finishing the game.

you must first beat the game.....then as you continue through the game Pokemon from other regions will start to appear ..Nationaldex once you beat game...but look in area where you travel from city to city and look at the wall with the moving letters ..it will say Pokemon Outbreak on what ever route....go there and thats where you will find the most pokemon from other regions
