A discussion for moves for Tifa can be found on http://www.gamespot.com/psp/action/dissidia-012-duodecim-final-fantasy/show_msgs.php?topic_id=m-1-58851714&pid=605802

Waterkick -> Weak and short ranged, but fast, good for catching opponents off-guard. Becomes way better once you master it and gain access to Somersault.
Elbow Smash -> Again, weak and really short ranged, but fast. It's main purpose isn't damage, but to smack opponents out of HP attacks or slower brave attacks.
Moonsault Kick -> This is her main damage dealer. It also helps that you can effectively feint multiple times in this move, screwing around with your opponent's mind/the AI.
Blizzaga -> Ranged, and deals a sufficient amount of damage. It's slow though.
Rolling Blaze (Air) -> This is absolutely vital. And it's effectiveness is exponentially increased once you learnt how to feint with it. It's really hard to dodge a well-placed Rolling Blaze.
