How to play a pre-loaded steam game?

You can't.

 The whole idea of PRE LOAD is to let you load the game without fighting for bandwith with everyone else once the game launches. Because that will result in slow speed and you need time to download it too.

With preload, once it is released, you can play it.

And do not circumvent this rule because you will violate their TOS. Besides there is NO WAY to play a pre-loaded Steam game.

Well this isn't possible , and it never will. sorry.

Steam let user pre-load games so they can play the game when it comes out , also that they reduce the bandwith for downloading on the release date :D.

you can only preload a game when its in the game promotion like in the preorder promotion

like preorder this game and and pre-load it now so when its come you can start playing

but sadly i have not seen steam game do with there high end games
