Well since it is a non-hat reward, i think you will get something like a skin for portal 2 or something :D.

I heard it's Valve Complete Pack which contains all Valve games.

Some users received an extra copy of Portal 2 if they pre-ordered with Steam.

But strangely not everyone received it.
