How do i send the message about stolen clothes to the monarch in the dangerous minds quest in the sims medieval????

I am so stuck!!!! i was doing the dangerous minds quest in the sims medieval and since i didnt have a merchant i did the non enforcing one. i was fine up until my spy had to steal the teacher's clothes. she did that just fine but now she has to write a letter to the monarch but i am clicking everything looking for the interaction but i cant find it. at least now i have plantinum in the game.... BUT PLEEEAAASSSSEEEE HELP ME I WILL HAVE TO QUIT THE QUEST AND THEN I WILL FAIL THE AMBITION AND I KNOW I'M EXAGERATING BUT STILL I'M DESPERATE.
