where can i buy staffs in dragon age 2

I am playing Hawke as a Mage class in dragon age II. Looking to buy a better staff for him. Where can I get good staffs?

check the apparel shop in Lowtown

Most stores sell weapons in one capacity or another. Those labeled "Weaponsmiths"
 will obviously have more, but I've found staffs for sale nearly everywhere in Kirkwall.
