theres no tricks to get this working, simply put unless you see it advertised as cross platform compatable it wont happen.

it has been tried before but depending on the game genre either console or pc ended up with a massive advantage. coming out in a bit there was one game thats cross platform between the psvita and the ps3, announced and demoed at E3 i think,
