portal is widely heralded as a modern classic. it gave us a fresh perspective on the first person genre with an original and unique twist on game play. atmosphere and dark witty humor permeated the whole experience and the ending song along with the cake spawned instant memes. portal 2 promises more of that while expanding on the mechanics of the first game and adding in a separate co-op campaign.

Dude, every Valve game is desirable. If not Portal 2 then it will be HL3, L4D 3 etc etc....

When HL3 is released, the world will come to a standstill just to play it.

Valve is the only developer where EVERYONE of their game is GOOD.

Valve made a note about Portal : they said that portal was just a test to see how gamers would react about the concept of the game ,also about the gameplay.

With portal 2 they started calling that this is the real game , and if you have played portal 1 everyone would love this second game.
