Rift Error#2001 after updating authenticator on my phone

Question

i updated authernticator on my phone and now none of my codes work and I cannot log in to rift  I get Error 2001 and am basically locked out of the game, any advice?

 At this time there is a queue processing account activation. This issue is resolving itself automatically and you will receive access as soon as your account is processed.
