I don't think there's a cheat but I know a mod. The hybrid/nraas mod... You click on the imaginary friend then click nraas then go to intermediate then occult then click on both imaginary friend and none. There you go! Your real imaginary friend!

i don't know of a cheat, but all you need to do is make the potion for it.
