Assuming you mean the coin lock authenticator.

 

This is put on the game to avoid being hacked and all your coins to be gone. Rift should have sent you a email including a code to unlock this. You will get a new code everytime you will login with a different IP. If you have a dynamic IP adress please go to the rift website to find a solution.
