terraria lost my copper pickaxe what to do

I can give you a pickaxe...or you can look fro bombs (breaking those jars underground) and blow some trees up for wood to make a wood pickaxe.

make a new character then put that pickaxe frm the new character in a chest then delete the new character get on the world and you have yourself a copper pickaxe
