you mean after you free him in the cavern near the dragon bridge? You need to use vampire seduction power on him first. if you dont have vampire seduction, go outside into the sun as a vampire lord and wait a day. after you use vampire seduction you need to "pickpocket" moth priest and it will give you option on feeding on him.
