I would try making a lot of food and leaving it to sit and rot there. Also you could try leaving something in the oven to burn down the kitchen or something- make sure you run away after the fire has started so that you don't touch the fire and get burnt yourself. Another thing you could try is if your sim is a "kleptomaniac" you could steal things from the house (that doesn't really make a mess but it leaves the house looking less decorative). And the last  thing that I would try is laying in their bed and not making the bed afterwards. I hope this is a good answer and I hoped it helped ! bye:)
