How do I quickly beat 20 Tonberries in Final Fantasy 8?

It's very hard to quickly kill 20 Tonberries, as they only appear every so often, and only one at a time. Since most of them can kill you easily anyway, you might want to consider having two characters with 1/4th their HP, just enough to get Desperation attacks, then quickly switch back and forth until you can use a Desperation move on them. If one of them dies, just use your third character to revive them.

i'm not sure about quickly cause they are a little hard to beat, but if you junction the ability to raise your monster encounter rate then you will speed up the process =)
