Where do you get Isabela on Dragon Age 2?

I got her in the hanged man in my first year, just keep checking back in there every so often in yr 1 (b4 the deeproads ex pidition) it's a cutscene triggered when you approach the bar. If there is a pre requirement to this I'm unsure but I got her very early on and didnt do anything special up until that point.

You have to visit The Hanged Man tavern in Low Town, I missed her for like half the game...
