terraria HELP when i join my friend's multiplayer server i keep dieing from lava spikes as soon as i spawn!

He must of created a griefing area. So if anyone joins the server they will spawn into lava and spikes. Lava dealing 100 damage and spikes dealing 32 damage per touch.

The only way you can solve it is by getting a higher hp and removing each part of the spawn. (Spikes can be removed by a hammer, Lava can be removed with a bucket and blocks).

Also use obsidian skin potions to survive lava.
