My skyrim freezes when i'm about to board the carriage in diplomatic immunity. help please??

i've looked at other answers and it says to reduce your inventory to almost nothing and so i stored EVERYTHING into my player owned house wardrobe and then talked to her. it still did the same thing even after i keep going back to the previous saved game. btw, this is for the PC. any help would be appreciated!!

Have you tried going back to a previous save or downloading a patch for it?
