can you unlock scarlet,kenshi,goro,shao kahn,and kintaro if so how?

if uou can get them how do you unlock them

You can get skarlet and Kenshi but Kintaro is difficult to understand if he is playable but the others are not playable. Skarlet and Kenshi and DLC characters therefore you will have to buy the with a certain card.

Buy Skarlet,Kenshi,Rain, and Freddy Kruger (available August 9th) on Playstation Store. Goro,,Kintaro,and Shao Khan are not going to happen at this time. Hopefully one day in the future.
