In order to combine weapons, you first must acquire two 2-handed like weapons.

Note: The lowest level of these two weapons will be entirely destroyed.

You must take these weapons to the respective NPC in your capital city.

Asmodians go to the Armsfusion NPC, located in the Market Street area of Pandaemonium.

Elyos go to the Armsfusion NPC, located off Elyos Square in Sanctum.

Fusing two weapons together will combine their stats, taking a percentage of the secondary weapon and adding it to the primary. Some stats will stack, such as attack, and some will not, such as attack speed.
