Not to that scale, no.  MMO's are constantly updated and require large amounts of writable space.

Handhelds are more casual in nature.

And WoW is serious gaming. They don't really mix.

And besides WoW needs a constant internet connection.

Monster Hunter Portable 3 is probably the best possible game. It's like WoW in the way of it's quests and item gathering, but it's not online. There aren't any MMORPG's on any handhelds I know of.
