terraria what happens if i destroy Wooden Chair after npc moves in? will he leave?

Yes. the guide says " if there home is destroyed, they will leave." he also says "inorder for a room to be considered a home, there need to be a door, a chair, and a table. there also needs to be walls." (i do not know if the background wall is what they mean, but still.) i hope this will anwser your question.
