How do you resurrect someone in middle of battle in dragon age 2?

if you play with anders on your team he has the ability to resurrect, if you dont wana play with him then there is a potion you can buy that does that think u have to buy it in the wounded coast from the mage in the middle idk if u have to be a certain lvl or not but thats were i saw one.
