how much ram is needed for wow

how much memory do you need on your computer to play world of warcraft? I have 2GB of memory is that enough

wow is not really hard on computers as much newer games are. I would suggest having a min of 2 gigs of ram but i have ran wow ( all low settings with 1 ram) .

the ideal ram would be 4 or 6 but personally i find 6 over kill!

4GB is the sweet spot for most PC games nowadays.

The minimum requirements list 1 gb as the lowest required ram, so you are good with 2gb. If you find your having problems, I'd recomend upgrading to 3 or 4 gbs of ram. However, be aware that only a 64bit OS can really utilize beyond 4gb at this point.

1GB of RAM should be enough actually. I've played WoW before, only using a bad computer, and there was hardly any graphical lag.

I already ran it on a old PC with 512MB of RAM.

But for newer systems, I would recommend at least 2GB, so your computer will be enough :)

The minimum requirements state 1 gig. It is recomended to have 2 gigs or more however.

i think its playable with 1 gig but 2 gig is always better
