can you change your appearance in the middle of the game in dragon age 2?

You cant unless you have the special DLC which opens a special store for you. there is a mirror in that store and thats where you could do it. i think that DLC costs about 10$ if not mistaken.

You can do it at the start,middle,ending and anywhere in between so long as you have the black emporium DLC. Which comes free with the purchase of the game.

It also gives you access to Dog.

Yes. The Black Emporium DLC is included with every new purchase of the game. Inside this area, you will find a mirror that lets you recustomize Hawke any time you wish for free.

You can also respec your characters mid-game using the Black Emporium DLC as well.
