how to cast a ward spell in skyrim?

Basically they are in every town or villages main weapons and armour store. Although there more common in winterhold, foreas thats where the 'collage of 'winterhold' is. Wards are spells that you cast to block weapon or magicka. If you cant cast it you may not be a high enough level, go to the collage of winterhold, gain entrance and do there main quest, you get loads of cool spells books ect and you learn a basic ward spell from a fellow mage, hope this helps.
