how many steps before my egg in pokemon black and white hatch?

i have pansage egg as well it wont hatch.

You have to walk a certain number of steps for the egg to hatch. (Search google.com for the exact number of steps... for example: "Pansage bulbapedia")

Hatching pass powers and pokemon with the ability flame body reduce the number of steps needed. Flame body decreases it by 50%, and I have no idea how much the pass powers decrease it.
