no. The story is complete, Chell has finally found her freedom and is ready to restart her life. I cant think of any other possible storyline for portal scince GLADOS now had the Corparitive testing initiative she wont need any more humans for testing.

Although it would be cool to have a valve game with a 3 at the end.
