How to remove the authenticator from a rift account?

The ONLY way to do so is to call Trion at 1-877-708-7466 for US users and talk to Customer Support, the problem with this is that they are closed on weekends even tho their game is live 24/7 meaning that if your authenticator screws up on you then you have to wait till monday to get them to fix it and alow access to your account..... so in turn your lossing out on the game time that you payed for due to their program not working correctly...... i just lost 3 days due to this called on friday sat on hold for ever and was never answered, saterday they are closed same with sunday... so i get to wait now till tomorrow to try to get my account fixed and still probaly wont see the 3 days i lost back =(
